Quick Start
- Insert EverClean early in the chain, before tone shaping, compression and time effects.
- Start with a low Clean Amount, then raise it until unstable room tone, ringing or source haze starts to settle.
- Level-match against bypass. Stop before the source becomes smaller or loses natural movement.
- Use conservative settings for monitors, lavaliers, lecterns and sensitive live microphones.
Main Controls
- Clean Amount - main amount for source cleanup and stability.
- Bypass - compare against the original signal at matched level.
- Output - trim the processed signal so the improvement is not just loudness.
- Format builds - AU, VST3 and Standalone builds vary by platform.
Recommended Workflow
- Set gain staging first; EverClean should not receive clipped input.
- Raise Clean Amount while the performer is active, not during silence.
- If the result feels over-processed, reduce Clean Amount before adding EQ.
- For difficult microphones, pair it with careful high-pass filtering and system tuning.
