1. Scope and order of priority
This licence applies by default to software distributed under the Everworks by Fluge name, including plugins, standalone applications, installers, presets, embedded DSP resources, trained models, model weights and accompanying documentation (together, the “Software”).
The Software is licensed, not sold. A licence, readme or written agreement included with a particular package takes precedence over this general licence for that package. Open-source components remain governed by their own notices.
2. Licence grant
Subject to these terms, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and royalty-free licence to:
- install and use the Software on devices you own or control;
- use it for personal, educational, professional, broadcast, live and commercial audio production;
- make a reasonable backup copy of an installer for your own recovery;
- use presets and processing results as part of your lawful audio productions.
The licence does not transfer ownership of source code, binaries, models, model weights, artwork, names or documentation.
3. Your audio inputs and output
Everworks by Fluge claims no ownership of audio you lawfully process or of the resulting mix, recording or performance merely because the Software was used. You remain responsible for obtaining all rights required for source material and for the way you publish or exploit the output.
Presets, user-interface graphics, documentation, model data or other Software assets are not “output” and may not be extracted or redistributed as part of a project.
4. Restrictions
Unless mandatory law expressly permits it, you may not:
- sell, rent, sublicense, republish, mirror, bundle or redistribute the Software or an installer;
- remove copyright, brand, integrity, signature or licence notices;
- circumvent registration, signing, encryption, access controls or download protection;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software beyond the limited extent a non-waivable law allows for interoperability;
- extract, publish or reuse embedded models, weights, kernels, impulse responses, presets or protected data independently of the Software;
- use Software assets, outputs created specifically to reveal internal behaviour, or extracted data to train, clone or benchmark a competing model or product without written permission;
- represent a modified or unofficial build as an Everworks by Fluge release.
You may distribute your own audio productions created with the Software, including commercial releases, without paying a royalty to Everworks by Fluge.
5. Third-party components and trademarks
The Software may include or link dynamically to third-party frameworks, runtimes, libraries, plugin SDKs or models. Their copyright and licence notices, when required, are supplied in the installer, application, documentation or a notice file. Those notices apply only to the relevant component and do not convert the complete proprietary product into open-source software.
VST is a trademark of Steinberg Media Technologies GmbH. Audio Units, macOS and related marks belong to Apple Inc. Windows belongs to Microsoft Corporation. DAW, host and hardware names are used only to describe compatibility. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
If you believe a required notice is missing, contact us so it can be reviewed and corrected.
6. Beta and research builds
You may use a public beta in real projects at your own risk, but should not rely on it as the sole copy of a critical session. Feedback does not transfer ownership of your underlying idea; however, you grant permission to use feedback without restriction or payment to improve Everworks products.
7. Updates, support and compatibility
This licence does not promise updates, a particular support period or compatibility with every host, operating system, processor architecture, sample rate or future platform. Updates may add, remove or modify functionality and may require acceptance of revised terms.
Only installers and links identified on the official Everworks by Fluge website should be treated as official public distributions.
8. Termination
The licence ends automatically if you materially breach these terms and do not cure the breach where cure is possible. On termination you must stop using and delete the affected Software and unauthorised copies. Sections concerning ownership, restrictions, warranty, liability and governing law survive termination.
9. Warranty and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, free, beta and research Software is provided “as is” and “as available”. No warranty is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular live, broadcast, safety-critical or commercial workflow.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, Everworks by Fluge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost sessions, lost revenue, corrupted projects or third-party incompatibility. Keep recoverable backups and test updates before critical use.
10. Governing law and contact
This licence is governed by Spanish law. Courts in Madrid, Spain, have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
