Include the plugin name and version, AU/VST3/standalone format, macOS or Windows version, processor architecture, DAW and version, session sample rate and buffer size, plus exact steps to reproduce the issue.
For audio defects, describe the source and expected result before attaching files. Do not send passwords, private licence material, confidential client sessions or large audio archives unless support specifically requests them.
